About this event
Parfait pour préparer vos objectifs de l’automne, les Trails de Plouay vous invitent à découvrir la magnifique campagne de la commune. Aucune inscription ne sera possible sur place. Au départ du parc du domaine de Manéhouarn, avec la rivière du Scorff comme fil conducteur, les parcours soigneusement conçus sauront ravir tous les amateurs de course à pied en pleine nature. Trois distances sont proposées : 25 km, 16 km et 8 km. Ces parcours typés trail alternent entre sections roulantes et techniques, zones plates et passages plus exigeants, le tout sur des chemins et monotraces mêlant forêt et campagne. Il n’y a pas de douches sur place, mais vous pourrez profiter d’une buvette conviviale dans un cadre exceptionnel. Une consigne est mise à disposition des coureurs pour déposer leurs sacs sur le site de départ. Bourse au dossards à compter du 7/09/26
