Starting from Ndjamena, experience the first edition of the Treg Borkou Trail, a multi-day ultra-trail in the heart of the Chad desert every February. Three XXL formats are available to runners: 50, 100, or 200 km, through dunes and ancient formations of the Borkou, far from European trails. Pack your water bottles and sunscreen and learn to manage your effort against the vastness for a truly extraordinary human adventure.

Grab your water bladders and sunscreen, we’re taking you to Chad for the first edition of the Treg Borkou Trail! 🇹🇩 This isn’t just a stroll in the park, it’s an ultra-trail spanning multiple days, in the heart of February 🗓️. Start from N'Djamena, with three formats XXL to choose from: a 50 km, a 100 km or the monstrous 200 km for runners who fear nothing, not even mirages 🏃♂️.
Terrain-wise, expect a radical immersion into the raw beauty of the Borkou. We’re far from the European forest trails; here you’ll weave between dunes and millennia-old rock formations 🌵 It’s a scene worthy of Star Wars (the real one, the kind where you taste sand in your teeth), where every step brings you a little closer to infinity. 🌌 Expertise here is all about managing effort in the face of vastness: the desert doesn’t forgive fast starts too quickly, so keep an eye on your heart rate 💓.
The vibe is set to be electric for this baptism by fire 🔥. We’re not here to break speed records on pavement, but to live a extraordinary human experience 🤝.
