After breaking out of the lake’s “washing machine” and a grueling finish, the surroundings of the Mietków Reservoir are the perfect spot for a well-deserved rest:

Relax on the Borzygniew Beach – after the race, just lie down on the sand. It’s the region’s main water sports center, where you can calmly enjoy the surface of the water you were just swimming over in freestyle🏖️.

Excursion to Mount Ślęża – if, by some miracle, your legs still have juice, head to nearby Sobótka. The “Silessian Olympus” offers magical trails and an incredible energy that has drawn visitors for centuries⛰️.

Topacz Castle in Ślęża – located not far from a complex with a car museum – it’s a great spot for a classy stroll and to admire classic cars if you crave a touch of luxury after the triathlon effort🚗.

The region around Wrocław and Ślęża is renowned for its revived wine traditions. A glass of local wine at one of the neighboring vineyards is probably the most enjoyable way to celebrate the GREATMAN title🍷. Don’t forget that Mietków is just a stone’s throw from Wrocław, so an evening celebration at the Market Square in Wrocław is well within reach!
