Le semi-marathon de Truro est un excellent test d’endurance et de ténacité. Parcourant 13,1 miles à travers les routes pittoresques de la campagne cornouaillaise, cette course fait partie de la série compétitive du Grand Prix de Cornouailles. Attendez-vous à un parcours varié, avec une boucle plate en centre-ville laissant place à des tronçons ruraux comportant deux montées « monstrueuses » réputées qui vous pousseront à repousser vos limites. La course bénéficie d’un excellent encadrement, avec de nombreux points de ravitaillement en eau et une équipe d’environ 50 bénévoles et commissaires veillant au bon déroulement logistique. En l’absence de temps limite strict, les coureurs de tous niveaux peuvent relever le défi de cette épreuve exigeante.
