Comme son nom l'indique de manière parfaitement transparente ("Toute droite" en français), la spécificité de cette course urbaine est totalement ahurissante. Ton organisme va devoir soutenir une cadence infernale sur une distance officielle et homologuée de 10 kilomètres sans le moindre virage significatif ! Le profil est désespérément plat et redoutablement propice pour exploser ton record personnel. Range ta boussole dans ton sac, il suffit de regarder fixement devant soi ⏱️.
Le très large tracé de bitume te propulse d'emblée dans un décor architectural absolument exceptionnel. Ton effort intense débute en fanfare sur la somptueuse Piazza San Carlo, souvent surnommée le grand salon de Turin, avant de t'engager dans une artère urbaine interminable filant droit vers le sud. L'immersion devient véritablement royale lorsque la silhouette majestueuse de la ligne d'arrivée se dessine enfin au loin. Tu auras la sensation exaltante d'être magnétiquement aspiré par l'impressionnante Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi, l'ancien pavillon de chasse royal surmonté de son célèbre cerf en bronze 🦌.
