UCI The Majestics

Looking to getaway in July? We’ve got the perfect plan! 🤩 Villars-sur-Ollon, perched in the Préalpes vaudoises, it transforms into a true alpine cycling capital 🚴. Three disciplines will intersect: the time trial⌚️, gravel, and road 🛣️. Our strongest argument is probably the backdrop of this event in the heart of the canton de Vaud📍. The Majestics is so majestic it perfectly lives up to its name 🪄. Lift your head from the handlebars and open your eyes wide, because we’re taking you to the wonderful land of Heidi 💐.

The cyclosportive The Majestics takes place over several days 📆. It all starts with this 7.4 km time trial, short but brutally intense 💥. A clean climb between Villars-sur-Ollon and the Col de la Croix, 467 mD+ climbed in power 📈. The course winds up the switchbacks of the Col de la Croix, facing the mountains in a unique setting 🏞️. The weekend shifts to the road. The Vaud Alps will have no secrets for you 🤫. On the program, two routes: the "Mediofondo" of 98 km (2 620 mD+) and the "Granfondo" of 150 km, 3 800 mD+. These demanding routes will take you through the station du Leysin, Gruyères, Gstaad, Feutersoey… a string of Swiss villages that seem placed there just to please your eyes 😍. But beware, ⚠️ this isn’t just cycle tourism! You’ll embark on the assault of 3 colswhose Col des Mosses and the Col de la Croix ⛰️. And yes : The Majestics, it’s also a passport to a destination that rewards effort (unless you decide to play cool cool cool 🧘). If you finish in the top 25% of your category, you’ll earn a qualification for the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships 2026 in Japan 🏆.

This weekend also offers Gravel routes, the latest discipline between MTB and road cycling. There are two routes starting from Aigle, on the edge of the Lac Léman💧. You’ll ride mountain paths in the Swiss Alps🇨🇭. First, there is "The Summit" : 104 km and 2 500 mD+, which takes you on a rolling first half, almost deceptive, before delivering an brutal climb at km 60 for a brutal ascent of 1 200 mD+ 🚀. Next, there is "The Ridge", 70 km and 2 080 mD+, which climbs through forests and valleys, from Fenalet-sur-Bex to Taveyannethen toward the vallée de la Conchebefore joining Villars-sur-Ollon📍. As with road races, you finish in the top 25% of your category and secure your ticket for the UCI Gravel World Championships 2026 in Australia, not bad, right? 🤠 So, whether you choose the format time trial, road or , we guarantee an epic, challenging yet unforgettable course 💭. This race weekend takes place in a landscape of rare beauty 📸. Villars-sur-Ollon is also situated not far from France 🇫🇷, at 900 meters from the Rhône Valley 😉. You can easily reach the start if you’re in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region or even in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (but hey, if you’re from Brittany, we get that you won’t cross the hexagon 😂).
