You want a race that blends city and nature without forcing you to choose? The Urban Trail of Vire will take you to the heart of the Calvados, in Normandy, for a run (yes, Vire… you read that right) where every turn gives you a good reason to keep going 🏞️.
The format is simple and effective: 6 km to treat yourself without overdoing it, 8 km to find the right balance, or 16 km to give yourself a proper (slightly spicy, but memorable) gift 🧭.
Here, you alternate urban sections with breath of fresh air, with that dash of adventure that makes you forget it’s getting hot… just enough to finish with a smile (and the urge to do it again) 🔥
And best of all, after the effort, Vire is very easy to explore on foot: take a stroll toward the Port-Horloge, take your time wandering around the Notre-Dame Church, sit by the Lac de la Dathée to unwind, or take a nearby excursion to the Souleuvre to feast your eyes 🌳.
