Le Valle dei Segni Wine Trail est une course à pied qui traverse la vallée de Camonica en Lombardie, alliant course en montagne, histoire et culture du vin. Le programme comprend trois distances : un parcours de 55 km avec 2 500 m de dénivelé positif, une course de 18 km avec 950 m de dénivelé positif et un parcours de 8 km avec 300 m de dénivelé positif. Les coureurs traversent des vignobles, des villages et des sites archéologiques, notamment des gravures rupestres classées au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, des églises médiévales et des vestiges romains. L'événement est certifié neutre en carbone, et des caves locales accueillent des points de ravitaillement tout au long du parcours.
