Le Vet Fest est un événement annuel qui rassemble les communautés militaires et civiles afin de promouvoir la forme physique et de sensibiliser le public au suicide chez les militaires et les anciens combattants. L'événement offre aux participants la possibilité de courir, de marcher ou de faire du vélo, localement ou virtuellement. Bien que le lieu d'origine, Whitehall, dans le Delaware, continue d'accueillir l'événement, les participants de tout le pays sont encouragés à y prendre part. L'événement soutient les efforts de Stop Soldier Suicide pour lutter contre l'épidémie de suicide chez les militaires. Les personnes inscrites reçoivent un t-shirt commémoratif.
