Are you looking for a classic running event outside Poland with a unique vibe? Vokolo Priglu in Brno is one of the most popular autumn races in the Czech Republic. The event name references the local Brno dialect (hantec), where the word Prígl simply means the picturesque Brno Reservoir.

Participants tackle a distance of 14.1 km, which is an exact natural loop around the entire water surface. The course is varied and hilly – it uses both paved avenues and forest trails, constantly offering breathtaking views of the water surface and forests painted in autumn colors. You’ll easily reach Brno by car (via the highway from the Gorzyczki border in about 2 hours) or by direct train, notably from Prague or Kraków 🚗
