Le Waffle Run, qui se déroule dans la région de Clovis, à Fresno, invite les participants à courir ou à marcher le long du pittoresque Clovis Old Town Trail, avec départ et arrivée à la California Health Sciences University. Après l'événement, les participants peuvent profiter d'un petit-déjeuner composé de gaufres chez Huckleberry's. Une partie des recettes sera reversée à la Poverello House, une organisation locale qui vient en aide aux personnes dans le besoin.
