Défi hivernal à Budapest pour lancer la saison, incluant le semi-marathon de 21 km et les distances 10 km et 5 km, ainsi que des courses pour enfants. Le parcours est plat et l’air frais de janvier motive à courir vite, dans l’une des courses hivernales les plus populaires de Hongrie. Après l’effort, détendez-vous dans les bains Széchenyi ou Gellért, puis découvrez la colline du Château et les environs du Danube.
Un défi glacial pour une ouverture de saison parfaite ! Zuzmara Semi-marathon est l’une des courses hivernales les plus populaires de Hongrie. Elle se déroule en janvier à Budapest (zuzmara signifie en hongrois le givre ou le givre blanc). Les coureurs peuvent choisir le semi-marathon classique (21 km), mais aussi les distances de 10 km, 5 km, ainsi que des courses pour enfants. Le parcours est plat, et l’air hivernal vivifiant motive parfaitement à courir vite 🏃❄️.
Après avoir bravé le froid et décroché votre médaille, Budapest propose un plan génial pour une récupération hivernale : réchauffez vos muscles fatigués dans ses célèbres eaux thermales ! Rendez-vous aux bains historiques thermes Széchenyi ou Gellért — un bain chaud en plein air par une ambiance hivernale, c’est ce qu’on peut faire de mieux après la course ♨️. En famille, montez avec le funiculaire historique (Sikló) jusqu’à la colline du Château, d’où s’ouvre une vue spectaculaire sur le Danube et l’imposant bâtiment du Parlement 🏰. Puis partez en excursion dans les pittoresques collines de Buda (Budai-hegység) et faites un tour sur la célèbre ligne du Chemin de fer des Enfants (Gyermekvasút), dont l’exploitation est assurée presque entièrement par des élèves d’écoles primaires 🚂.
Pour finir la journée, réchauffez-vous de l’intérieur avec un bol de soupe goulasch épaisse et relevée (Gulyásleves). Pour le sucré, achetez absolument un gâteau cheminée chaud Kürtőskalács saupoudré de cannelle ou de noix 🍲🥐.
