Le Trelleborgsloppet est une course à pied organisée dans la ville, qui commence à l'Östervångsstadion et se termine au Stadsparken. Elle propose des courses pour les hommes et les femmes, ainsi qu'une catégorie marche et marche nordique, ce qui la rend accessible à tous les participants, quel que soit leur niveau. Les équipes peuvent participer au défi « Snabbast i sta'n », dont les scores sont basés sur les trois membres les plus rapides.
